We want your feedback. Our Outsourced Controller Group at BIK & CO. is developing a series of communications and events for you to share with your clients or prospects to provide additional value. We would like your feedback to assist us in shaping these communications. These sessions are designed for owners to help them assess their CFO or Controller's role. Do they need to modify the position? Change the skill sets? Change to or add a part-time solution?

SEMINAR SERIES

• How do you increase the production of the Controller role in an organization? This topic would involve getting to the core of a Controller's role. What is vital to the role and where is the role going?
• What impact does technology have on the finance role within a company? This topic would address getting more out of software investments that have already been made but are not being fully utilized. The session would address the creative use of technology we have experienced with our clients, technology achievements and obstacles.
• Changing the way administration operates when a company grows or shrinks. This topic would address how the role and skills of the financial executive may change when growth, shrinkage or changes in their marketplace occur.

ROUNDTABLES

• Similar to the seminars but in a small focus group setting, with only a few client and/or prospect participants. These sessions would be led by BIK and one of your executives and be an interactive working session rather than a presentation format that seminars follow.
• We can modify the roundtable to be held just for one specific client and have that client involve several of its key people.

• Similar concepts but in a web-based setting.
